Charlotte sports teams have a history of “playing down” to their opponents, even with big wins during the same season. The Bobcats certainly carried on the tradition last year by defeating the Lakers twice but losing to Oklahoma City, New York, and even Washington; the second to last team in the league in 2008/09.

So, be wary Bobcats fans. Even though we beat the Nets a month ago, we are visiting a group of scorned basketball players tonight who want to win really, really bad.
